Pet Aftercare Process
When it’s time to say goodbye to their beloved pet, every owner will inevitably feel distressed. We understand these emotions, and our professional team is committed to providing you with complete and satisfactory one-stop pet aftercare services; to ensure you can say goodbye to your pet in a solemn, soothing setting and you can express your emotions and sentiments to your pet to commemorate all the beautiful memories you shared.

For immediate handling of pet, contact us to arrange pickup
Meanwhile, place your pet’s body in a ventilated and air-conditioned/ cool room and place a refrigerated cold towel or a plastic bag filled with ice on the pet's head and abdomen. When you're ready, call TLC Tender Loving Creatures on
to arrange pickup.
We will try our best to arrive within two hours to pick up your pet.

Cleaning of Pet's Body
After returning to our center, we will arrange disinfection and organize the procedure of treating the pet. We will place your pet in separate storage boxes/trays and will then place this in our cooling facilities.

Appointment for Memorial and Cremation Service
After pickup, we will contact the owner to make an appointment for the memorial service and cremation.

Preparation before Cremation
Depending on the pet's physical condition, our professional team will carefully wash and clean the body three to four days before cremation.

Memorial Arrangements
On the day of cremation, pet owners can visit our center and will be assigned an individual room to pay their last respects to their pets (memorial ceremony 30 minutes and cremation 1-2 hours).

Ash Handling and Placement
After the memorial service, pet owners can retrieve their pet's ashes and choose one of the following arrangements:
The owner can bring the ashes home or rent a spot in TLC’s memorial garden to store their pet's ashes. The rent is HK$1500 per year or to arrange scattering of ashes, each pet will be charged HK$100.
